Materials & Fit
What materials are used?
Shulzee activewear is made from 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex, giving you the perfect balance of stretch, support, and breathability. Our fabrics are soft on the skin, moisture-wicking, and designed to move with you through yoga, Pilates, running, or gym sessions.

Are your items true to size?
Yes! Check our sizing guide to find your perfect fit. Most pieces are designed to hug your body comfortably while allowing full freedom of movement.

Do your clothes stretch?
Absolutely! With 18% Spandex, Shulzee leggings, tops, shorts, and jumpsuits offer 4-way stretch for flexibility, comfort, and shape retention.

Order & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.

Is shipping free?
Yes! All orders ship for free.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our priority! Return unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items within 10 days of delivery for store credit.

  • Returns must include original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

  2. Pack items securely in the original packaging

  3. Ship back using your preferred method

  4. Returns are inspected and processed within 7–10 business days

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’ll replace any damaged items at no extra cost — just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Care Instructions

  • Wash in cold water to preserve color, elasticity, and moisture-wicking properties

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

  • Air dry when possible; low heat only if needed

  • Wash similar fabrics together to prevent friction

  • Fold or hang items to avoid stretching, especially leggings and jumpsuits

Warranty

Our warranty covers:

  • Stitching or seam failures

  • Zipper or closure defects

  • Fabric defects or unusual wear under normal use

Not covered: Normal wear, improper washing, or lost items.

Start a claim by sending your order number and photos. International customers cover return shipping; Shulzee covers shipping back after repairs/replacements.
